A satisfied customer is not nearly good enough. Our goal is for you to be a raving fan.
We understand it's hard to narrow down your options when there are so many different styles and finishes to choose. That's why we offer a fantastic sample program so you can see your cabinet hardware in person.
Our sample program is easy. Simply choose up to 5 different items (1 quantity of each item) and mark in the "Comments" section of your order that this is a sample purchase. You will pay for them as if it were a regular order. If you place a subsequent order, we will credit you 50% back for the sample order. Please read below for sample restrictions:
· Order up to five cabinet hardware samples, and pay for them upon checkout. When you receive them, ask your contractor, your friends, relatives, or even put them right on the cabinet or furniture.
· If you place an order of $300 or more using one of the sample items from your original invoice of your choice, we will receive 50% off your sample program order . Example: Purchase two cabinets knobs for $10. ($20 total) Place an order for $500 using one of the sample items, and receive a $10 credit on that order.
· To receive your refund, on your second order, please mark in the "Comments" section of your order your original invoice number and that you will be looking for a sample refund.
· Your credit will then be applied on your second order. It's that easy!
Please note that any item over $20.00 cannot be considered a sample and will incur restocking fees if returned.
